Valentine Treat Pouch

Hi Stampers!

Here's my version of a treat pouch we made as one of our Make & Takes at Regionals in Orlando, using this week's Color Challenge #202 from Splitcoaststampers found here.  All supplies used are © Stampin' Up!  I started with a piece of 4" x 12" Regal Rose Textured card stock.  I scored at 4", 5" and 9" and creased sharply.  I love the stamp set, Dreams du Jour, and used the butterfly and Versamark to stamp in a random pattern on the flap of the pouch.  I stamped the "Love you" image twice on watercolor paper with Jet Black Stazon and colored using a Blender Pen and Regal Rose, Kiwi Kiss and Bravo Burgundy classic inks.  I trimmed close to the frame of one image and the flower from the other and layered with a Dimensional.  I punched a Bravo Burgundy Scallop Square and added the image with a Dimensional as well.  I punched one edge of a strip of Very Vanilla cardstock with the Scallop Edge Punch, stamped the greeting in Bravo Burgundy classic ink and layered with a strip of Kiwi Kiss cardstock.  This element was attached over the flap edge using SNAIL adhesive.  To further secure the strip and the flap, I punched two 1/8" circles and added Fire Rhinestone Circle Brads through all layers.  The "Love you" element was attached with Mini Glue Dots as was the Kiwi Kiss/Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon knot. Pack up some treats in a small cello bag or baggie and place inside for a great little Valentine gift for someone special.  How do you like it?  All supplies may be purchased by going to my Demonstrator Website and clicking SHOP NOW in the upper right.  Thanks for stopping by today!
