Hi Stamping Friends,
Have you ever challenged yourself to make a card using leftovers on your work table? I decided to try that this week and came up with this simple card. I had the Naturals White card body sitting there. The Smoky Slate Hardwood piece was an extra from a class card. I trimmed it down and used the Distressing Tool. The little Crushed Curry flower was another leftover. I found a scrap of Elegant Eggplant and stamped two Flower Shop Flowers; then, punched them out with the Pansy Punch. I had a little punched flower from Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack and the Little Leaves Sizzlit die cut...just needed the greeting! Fast and simple!
It looks like a big pile of supplies were used and I did use these. But, the only ones I used when I actually put the card together were for the big flower and the happy birthday. So, don't throw any of your little leftover pieces away!
I'm trying out something new for my supply list. Clicking on the links below will take you to my website for a closer look. Check it out!
So, I challenge you to look around your space and see if you have enough to put together a quick card.
Thanks for stopping by today. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. See you next time!
