Hi Stamping Friends,
Here's a card I made for a stamp set challenge over on SUDSOL. The stamp set we were to use is called Fresh Vintage from Stampin' Up!'s Sale-A-Bration catalog.
The card base is Crumb Cake card stock. The next layer is Very Vanilla card stock that has been embossed using the Big Shot and the Framed Tulip Embossing Folder. (click on photo for a closer look). I cut the focal image layer to fit inside the embossed frame.
The floral image from this stamp set is stamped using Versamark. Sprinkle White Stampin' Emboss Powder over image, tap off excess and heat it up with the Heat Tool until all the powder has melted and turned shiny.
Sponge over the embossed image using Crumb Cake Classic Ink. Using a tissue or paper towel, wipe off embossed image to remove any excess ink. Tape the layers to the card body. That's it! This card literally took 5 minutes to make and what a WOW statement it makes.
Now, you cannot buy this stamp set. But, during Sale-A-Bration, you can earn it FREE with a $50 purchase before shipping and tax. After Sale-A-Bration ends on March 31st, it will no longer be available. Click HERE to see the Sale-A-Bration catalog *. You can find this stamp set on page 6.
