Hi Stamping Friends,
Here's a card that uses a couple of the products you can get for FREE with a qualifying purchase during Sale-A-Bration. I based it on last week's sketch from Create with Connie and Mary found here.
I'm also doing the SUO Challenge#62 of using new products. As always, all supplies used are ©Stampin' Up!
The card base is Island Indigo card stock. It's cut at 4-1/4" x 11" and scored at 5-1/2". I do love this fold. It makes it so easy to wrap ribbon around and it's just plain neat!
The next element is a piece of Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper*. This is layered on a piece of Whisper White card stock and attached to the card front using SNAIL Adhesive.
I cut three pieces of ribbon from the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack*, wrapped them around the card front, and used SNAIL to overlap them on the front under the greeting panel. I ran a piece of Whisper White Baker's Twine under the ribbons and threaded it through one of the buttons that come in the pack. I just tied a simple bow
The greeting is from one of my favorite sets, Perfectly Penned. It's stamped in Pool Party classic ink on Whisper White card stock that has been layered on Tangerine Tango card stock. It's attached to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
On the inside, I stamped a sentiment from the set, From the Heart, in Tangerine Tango classic ink on Whisper White card stock. I added a strip of the same designer paper pattern from Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper*.
