Hi Stampers! Here's a card I made combining two challenges found over on SCS - this week's Color Challenge and Sketch Challenge. The Color Challenge is to use a combination of Riding Hood Red, Basic Gray and Always Artichoke. I chose to use Basic Gray as my card base and layer with the focal image. The next layer uses several different papers from the Riding Hood Red Designer Paper. I added dots around the different boxes with a Signo Gel Pen. The main image is from the stamp set called Upsy Daisy. I inked the image in Riding Hood Red Classic Ink, then removed the ink from the stems with a q-tip and added Always Artichoke using a Stampin' Write marker. After layering to Basic Gray I attached the element using Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark, dusted with White Embossing Powder and finished off with the Heat Gun to make a nice white image. I added a quarter sheet of Whisper White card stock to the inside and stamped the corner with one of the images from Pocket Silhouettes using the Riding Hood Red ink and Always Artichoke marker. I'm really happy with the way it came out. What do you think? Comments are always welcome and appreciated. Thanks for stopping by!
